Breakfast Potatoes and Eggs

Ingredients: 4 potatoes, 2 eggs, 50 ml oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red pepper, 1 teaspoon ground red pepper.
Breakfast Potatoes and Eggs Recipe
- Chop the peeled and washed potatoes into cubes. Then put into a bowl.
- Add all the spices and salt. Mix well.
- Add 50 ml of oil into an omelette pan.
- Add the potatoes and spread a little bit.
- Close the lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes and (keep stirring occasionally.)
- Beat two eggs in a bowl.
- Pour and spread it over the potatoes and close the lid.
- You may serve when the egg is cooked.
