Breakfast Smoothie Recipe – Healthy Breakfast Smoothies

Ingredients: 1 orange, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 100 ml of lactose-free milk.

  1. Blend 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, 100 ml of lactose-free milk in a blender.
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle chia seeds on top of it.
  3. Enjoy your healthy and delicious meal:)
