Bulgur Pilaf With Vermicelli

Bulgur pilaf with vermicelli recipe, Turkish style bulgur recipe. An easy recipe with bulgur pilaf, vermicelli and spicy.

Ingredients: 150 g of cracked wheat, 60 g of vermicelli, 50 ml of oil, 50 g of margarine, 450 ml of chicken stock or water, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a little salt.

Bulgur Pilaf With Vermicelli

  1. Wash the bulgur in a strainer.
  2. Put 50 ml of oil and 50 g of margarine in a pan.
  3. Add 60 grams of vermicelli.
  4. Roast until it darkens a little.
  5. Add the bulgur and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the chicken stock (or water) salt and pepper and close the lid.
  7. Cook over high heat until it boils. After boiling, continue to cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
