  1. Pour the bulgur into a bowl. Put half a cup of boiled water and 1 teaspoon of salt on it. mix a little and let it rest for half an hour.
  2. Pour the rested bulgur into a large tray. Mix all the ingredients except bulgur. Then add bulgur as well and keep mixing.
  3. Knead for 40 minutes and shape them into balls.
  4. Can be served with ingredients such as lettuce, parsley, arugula, mint, radish, carrot, cucumber, tomato, and hot pepper. It can also be consumed by wrapping lettuce or with lavash bread.
