Ingredients
- 1.5 kg flour
- 400 ml water
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 tablespoon of yogurt
- 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Gozleme Dough Recipe
- Pour all the dough ingredients into a bowl and mix a little.
- Knead the dough for about 20 minutes.
- Close the lid of the dough bowl, and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the resting dough into small balls (approx 70 g for each).
- Ready to use after covering it with a wet cloth and resting for 20 minutes.
