Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of yogurt, half an apple, 100 g of spinach leaves, 1 banana, 50 g of pineapple, 1 kiwi, 50 ml of mango juice.

Toppings: granola, oats, 1 dessert spoon honey, chia seeds, coconut, almonds, 1 strawberry, 1 blackberry, 2 slices of kiwi

Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe

  1. Blend 1 tablespoon of yogurt, half an apple, 100 g of spinach leaves, 1 banana, 50 g of pineapple, 1 kiwi, 50 ml of mango juice in the blender.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Add granola, oats, chia seeds, coconut, almonds, 1 strawberry, 1 blackberry, 2 slices of kiwi on it and 1 teaspoon of honey. Ready to serve.
