Ingredients: 3 eggs, 170 g granulated sugar, 200 ml oil, 200 ml milk, 200 g flour, 5 g vanilla, 5 g baking powder, 4 tablespoons cocoa.
Ingredients for the cream: 400 ml milk, 1 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons starch, 1 egg yolk, 85 g granulated sugar, 5 g vanilla, 75 g of whipped cream powder (or instant whipped cream)
How to Make a Heart Cake
- Beat 3 eggs and 170 grams of powdered sugar with the mixer until it turns white. Add the remaining cake ingredients. Whisk for 3 minutes and pour it into a tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 Celcius degrees.
- Let it cool for 20 minutes.
- For the cream, pour all the ingredients except the whipped cream powder in the saucepan over low heat. After it starts to boil, add vanilla and whisk until it thickens. Let it cool for 20 minutes. Add the whipped cream powder. (or use instant whipped cream)
- Cut the cakes with the cake mold. Pour cream into it.
- Decorate and serve.
