How to Make Menemen

  1. Pour 50 ml of oil and 1 finely chopped onion into the pan and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add 1 finely chopped green pepper. Mix for 1 minute and fry. Add tomato puree, chili peppers, salt, black pepper and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk well. Add to pan and spread gently. Cook for 1 more minute and serve hot.
