- 1.5 cup of fine bulgur
- 1 red onion
- 2 lemon
- 4 tomatoes
- a little mint, and parsley
- Chop all the ingredients as shown in the video.
- Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl and squeeze the lemons in it.
- Cover and refrigerate it for 3 hours. Serve and enjoy:)
