Vegan Lentil Meatballs Recipe – Ready in 30 Minutes

Vegan lentil meatballs recipe, this recipe contains bulgur and red lentils. It’s spicy and has green onions in it. You can cut it into small pieces and add lettuce, radish, parsley, lemon or whatever you want. Vegan recipe is also suitable for vegetarian. This recipe is spicy and delicious.

Ingredients: 400 grams of red lentils, 150 ML of olive oil, 1 liter of warm water, 600 grams of bulgur (fine bulgur) 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 clove of grated garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 dessertspoon tablespoons of dried mint, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, some chopped parsley and some chopped green onions.

    6. Add 1 teaspoon of each, cumin, salt, dried mint, red pepper flakes. Add some chopped parsley and chopped green onions on top. Knead by hand for 5 minutes.
    7. Break it into small pieces with your hands. You can serve it with pickles, radishes, lemons.
