Yogurt Recipe – How to Make Homemade Yogurt

Homemade yogurt recipe, delicious yogurt recipe with fresh milk and some yogurt. Just boil the milk, let it cool, add yogurt and fill the jars. If you want to make yogurt at home, try this recipe, you will love it. There is no water on it. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days.

Ingredients: 5 kg of milk, 100 grams of yogurt.

How to Make Yogurt

  1. Pour 5 kilos of milk into the pot. Mix every few minutes. Turn off the stove when the milk boils.
  2. Wait for it to cool. If it’s hot enough to not burn your hand.
  3. Add some cooked milk to 100 grams of yogurt and mix. (Boiled Waited Milk)
  4. Pour the yogurt over the milk and mix for 20 seconds.
  5. Fill the milk into jars. Or similar.
  6. Cover it with a towel or similar. Wait 4 hours. Then put it in the refrigerator.

Put it in the refrigerator. You can taste it after 4 hours.
